I called their reservation desk and the woman that answered was an absolute joy. I had acquired a number of stays at the Pala Resort Casino and Spa, and was thinking that I could head on up there and 'burn' a couple of days to save money. When the situation occurred, I was looking for a place to land for a couple of days. I say this in sincere appreciation for there ability to 'roll out the red carpet', when I was momentarily left without a place to stay do to an electrical fire that occurred at my home. But what makes it an exceptional experience for me is the hospitality that is provided by the Pala Band of the Kumeyaay Nation, is unsurpassed by any other casino in the North County of San Diego. It is always a joy to take a few days and escape to the unspoiled regions of San Diego County.
